Everything here at Cabo Velas Estates is steaming forward in preparation for our Grand Opening Celeberation December 4, 2008. Our construction crews are working hard to complete the last details to the condos, as well as complete the community pool, and front gate by the December 4 celebration. Our new customers are eager to move into their new homes, and the buzz in our small Tico Town of Matapolo is nothing but positive excitement for the chance to see the finished homes.
